These terms set out what the atelier provides and what you confirm before a bespoke commission, a repair or a studio visit begins. They apply to every order placed with Shikhar Jewellers.

Sketches and models prepared for your order remain the studio's working designs. We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio unless you ask us in writing to keep the piece private.
If you bring your own stones or gold, we assess them first and record their condition and weight. Setting client stones carries a small risk of damage during work, and this is explained before we proceed.
Repair work is accepted after a condition check. We provide a written estimate describing what can be restored, what should be left as it is, and how long the work is expected to take.
Consultation times can be moved with reasonable notice. Updates on your order are shared through the channel agreed at the start, usually email or a phone call, so both sides keep the same record.
Because each piece is made by hand, small differences in finish and surface are normal. Every order is delivered with a care guide, and each stage from sketch to final polish is documented for you.
