Walk-ins are welcome to look at finished pieces, but design and sizing work is booked ahead so a goldsmith is free to sit with you.

Finding the studio

The workshop sits on the first floor of a converted warehouse, a short walk from the tram stop at Botes Viaduct. Ring the brass bell beside the maroon door and someone will come down to meet you.

Getting here

By tram. Take the eastbound line to Botes Viaduct, then walk two minutes along the covered arcade. The entrance is between the coffee roaster and the framer.
By car. Street parking is available on Garth Lane, behind the building. There is a small loading bay in front for drop-offs and repairs.
On foot. From the market square, head north past the old post office and turn right at the second bridge. The workshop is the third doorway on your left.
Accessibility. A lift runs from the ground floor to the studio. Let us know in advance if you need the side entrance opened for a wheelchair or pram.

Consultations are by appointment so each client gets unhurried time at the bench. If you are bringing a family stone or a piece for sizing, mention it when you call or write, and we will set aside the right tools for the visit.
